Mr. Mario Agripino
|
Mr. Agripino is the founding member of the Enterprise Consultants. A
veteran in the field of system engineering with over twenty years of
experience,
Mr. Agripino has held leadership in program management, military
logistics, product life cycle sustainment, and acquisition
initiatives. His extensive experiences span from market research and
risk and change management, to performance assessment, and supplier
selection and evaluation. He has been particularly active in
researching and advancing the area of lean architecting and its
applications to various industry sectors. He has designed and taught
training courses as well as consulted various companies in the areas
of systems engineering, supply chain logistics management, and lean
enterprise principles, transformation and architecture.
Additionally, he has held membership in the University of Tennessee
Lean Enterprise Forum in the past few years. In addition to a bachelor’s degree from Charter Oak State College, Mr. Agripino completed the Advanced Studies Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2001 and has become a program fellow since then. He has also received graduate certificates in systems engineering and logistics. |

Mr. Tim Cathcart
|
Mr. Cathcart is the co-founder of the Enterprise Consultants, LLC,
and has been Mr. Agripino’s close friend and colleague for over 20
years. He has accumulated over twenty years of experience and held
leadership position in the areas of systems engineering, military
logistics, and product life cycle management. Recently he has been
active in researching, consulting, and teaching in the areas of lean
enterprise principles, transformation and architecture. His
expertise includes also market research, systems engineering,
program management, risk and change management, performance
assessment, acquisition, supplier selection and evaluation.

Dr. Amy Zeng
|
Dr. Zeng’s expertise includes supply chain management, global logistics, and operations management and strategy. She has consulted over a dozen companies, such as Pratt & Whitney, Gillette, Textron, BAE Systems, and Aearo, to name a few, in the areas of quality control, supply chain/logistics management, inventory control and management, and process design and improvement. Additionally, Dr. Zeng has published over 40 refereed articles that summarize her research findings and application results in academic journals, books, and conference proceedings. She is a frequent speaker at and regular contributor for dozens of professional conferences, workshops, and seminars. Dr. Zeng is also a talented and effective educator and has taught courses in the fields of operations management, supply chain management, global logistics, business statistics, and management science to diverse audience.
Dr. Zeng received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the
Smeal College of Business Administration at the Pennsylvania State
University, her Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from
the University of Washington, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial
Management Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and
Astronautics.
Based on her excellent academic performance and professional
contributions, she has been inducted to the
National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and the National Business Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma, and was
listed in the 2002 edition of the International Who’s Who of
Professionals, and 2003, 2004, and 2005 editions of Marquis
Who’s Who in America. Dr. Zeng holds membership in the
following professional associations: Council of Logistics
Management (CLM), Production and Operations Management Society (POMS),
Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), and Institute for Operations
Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS).

Ms. Agripino's specialty includes logistics management and early education, where she has accumulated her solid skills, extensive experiences, and demonstrated her leadership in the areas of configuration management, data and record management, project management, and human engineering. Ms. Agripino has B.A. in psychology
with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from
Eastern Connecticut State University. Her excellent academic
performance has earned her Scholastic Achievement Award, Dean's
Distinction, and a membership in the National Honor Society for
Psychology (Psi Chi). |
